What is Computer Science?
- a study of theoretical and practical aspects with the design and use of computers.

What is Information Technology?
- combination of telecommunication and computer science that focus on the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware.

 What are Information Systems?
- discipline, focuses on exploring the interface between management, information science and computer science through written, electronic, or graphical method of communicating information. The basis of an information system is the sharing and processing of information and ideas.

What is a Computer?
- an electronic programmable device that store, retrieve and process data.

What are data?
- the raw unprocessed facts that has a potential to become a useful information.

What are information?

-  manipulated and transformed data and is useful for the readers.
- processed data.


Basic Functions of A Computer
1.  Input  - going inside. Process of entering data and instructions to the computer.
2.  Process - manipulation and transformation of data into useful information.
3.  Storage - keeping data into the computer's storage device.  It serves as the filing cabinet.
4.  Retrieve -getting back what is being stored since storing is useless without retrieving.
5.  Output - going outside. Process of displaying the data and information to the monitor or producing a hard copy output.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES

SEO helps you get traffic from search engines. It is a technique which helps search
ngines find and rank your site higher t other sites in response to a search query in search
engines. There are many techniques of SEO but what I am sharing is the techniques that i used in this site and in some my previous websites.   

SEO TECHNIQUES
1. KEYWORDS  Choosing the Right Keywords to Optimize by choosing with keywords that describe
the content of your website. Keyword Density is another thing to be considered in keyword in SEO. Make your website Keyword rich. Try optimizing number of keywords (5 or 10) to avoid of being banned from
search engines through keyword stuffing. Search Engines considered this an not ethical
practice since ittries to manipulate search results. Insert keywords in the URL and you titles.

2. BACKLINKS  Two types of links: inbound and outbound. Outbound links start from your website going to an external site, while inbound links or backlinks, come from an external site to yours.   In backlinks, commenting to other websites specially to high page rank websites can generate traffic to your website. Backlinks is one of the most effective way in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

3. COMMENT TECHNIQUE is actually a backlinks.In doing comment, make sure to have a relevant comment to other websites so that it would catch attention to the readers and may get attacted to your websites. Avoid irrelevant comments.

4.  SOCIAL BOOKMARKING.  Social bookmarking websites are very helpful in optimizing you website. Social bookmarking websites can provide a links to your website by posting your article in their website. Remember that social bookmarking websites, are already high page rank, in that sense they have high traffic and they are always recognize by search engines.

5.  CONTENT. Make sure that your article is of relevant content so that the viewers would be interested reading your article and may comeback anytime they want.
